About Us
Eurotek Systems is a provider of water purification solutions, including RO systems, UV purifiers, filtration units, and related services such as installation, maintenance, and support.
Annual Maintenance Contract
- After one year, RO needs to be serviced, the entire filter kit will be changed for Rs 3250 (For model CT-1 and CT-4) or 3850 (For model CT-8, CT-9).
- For one year two services will be free and if any other spare part like Motor , adapter will be damage it will change free of cost within one year.
Products & Services
- All water purifiers and components are subject to availability.
- Product specifications, features, and designs may change without prior notice for improvement purposes.
- Eurotek Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel service requests at its discretion.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.
- Payments must be completed before delivery, installation, or service activation unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional charges may apply for installation, accessories, or site-specific requirements.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or official confirmation from Eurotek Systems.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the product has been dispatched or installation has been scheduled.
- Eurotek Systems reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment issues.
Delivery & Installation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics.
- Installation will be scheduled based on availability of technicians.
- Customers must ensure proper site readiness, including water supply, electricity, and space for installation.
- Any additional work (plumbing, electrical modifications) will be chargeable.
Warranty Policy
- Products are covered under a limited warranty as per the specific model.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by voltage fluctuations or poor water quality beyond recommended limits
Maintenance & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
- Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance.
- AMC plans, if purchased, will be governed by their specific terms.
- Delay in scheduled maintenance may affect purifier performance and warranty conditions.
Returns & Replacement
- Products can be considered for replacement only if reported defective within the specified time after delivery.
- Inspection by Eurotek Systems is mandatory before approval.
- Consumables such as filters and membranes are non-returnable.
Water Quality Disclaimer
- Eurotek Systems provides purification solutions based on standard water conditions.
- Actual water quality output may vary depending on input water conditions and maintenance.
- The company does not guarantee removal of all contaminants under extreme water conditions.
User Responsibilities
- Customers must operate the purifier as per instructions provided.
- Timely filter replacement and servicing are the responsibility of the user.
- Any damage due to non-compliance will void warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Eurotek Systems shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Health issues arising from improper usage or maintenance
- Loss due to delays in service caused by external factors

Customer data is kept confidential and used only for order processing, service support, and communication. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of local courts.
